Future Arab Investment Co. was founded in accordance with the Companies Law No. (22) of 1997 and registered in the Ministry of Industry and Trade as a public shareholding limited company under the number (413) on 16 August 2006. Currently the company capital is 36,500,000 shares with a nominal value of one dinar per share.
